Subject: About Amalia Aquilar
I went to her site (http://www.amaliaaguilar.com/), and found out that "Afro Mood" is one of two numbers that she performed in a movie entitled "A Night at the Follies", which was made in 1947. The name of the other number she performs in that film is "Rumba-Amalia". I just thought you guys might like to know more about this beautiful woman who dances like nobody's watching.

I dont know about everyone else but I am tired of seeing all the fake plastic women of today. Give me a natural body anyday. My ex was a stripper and had one hell of a body..then it was boobs then surgery on her jawline,now she just looks like all of the rest. She was an exotic beuty before surgery..never understand why beautiful women want to scar their body to look just like everyone else. Great video by the way..sexy lady and a very good dancer. Back when dancing meant dancing..lol.

Subject: Good Latin music/dancing
Good perfomance! As far as the term "Afro" in the title, sometimes Latin music is refered to as "Afro-Cuban" music, as a major portion of its origins are from Africa. I don't know if that was the intent here, but that might give some explanation.

Nice gams, a genuine smile and a muscular abdomen -- this is what stag films might have looked like had they been rated PG. Much more charming than smutty.

Subject: Give this lady a hand!
You have to give credit where credit is due. These 2 films, more soundies then stag films feature the very rambunctious Amalia Aguilar doing two VERY furious dances. The first one is more sensual then the other, but both of them equally entertaining. Highly reccomended!

Subject: Afro Mood Burlesque
A Hispanic exotic dancer shakes her booty to some hot Latin rhythms. Then she appears in a different costume to rhumba the night away. During this segment, she does some acrobatic tricks, such as doing a complete backbend and picking up a handkerchief in her mouth, and doing the splits. Mostly, though, she just shakes her booty. All in the name of multiculturalism, of course. What this has to do with Africa, though, is questionable.
